Hi @qulitgal
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
What's the operating system installed on the computer?
While you respond to that, try these steps -
1) Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
2) Wait until the printer is idle and silent.
3) With the printer turned on, unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.
3) Wait for 60 seconds.
4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not to a surge protector.
5) Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
Check the Paper size -
On a Mac PC, refer to option#6 in this document.
On a Windows PC, refer to "Paper type, size, and input tray settings" from here.
If the issue still persists, you may try setting the print size through the printer's EWS page -
1) From the printer control panel, tap on the Wi-Fi icon to find out the IP address or hostname of the printer.
2) In a supported web browser on your computer or a mobile device, type the IP address or hostname assigned to the printer.
For example, if the IP address is 192.168.0.12, type the following address into a Web browser: http://192.168.0.12.
3) Go to Settings > Preferences > Paper Settings to change the paper size.
Let me know how that goes.
Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
Click the “Kudos, Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!
