Product: HP DeskJet 2622
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

i got a new printer the HP DeskJet 2622 and it will not let me print double sided. It comes up when i go to print but it is grey and will not let the drop down menu open to choose.

The DeskJet 2622 does't have duplex ( double sided ) printing feature, that is why the option is greyed out

 

If you wish to do double sided printing you will have to do it manually. 

 

First take the print out, then turn the paper and put it back into the printer and give the second print.
