HP Envy Pro 6455

I have a brand new HP Envy Pro 6455 Printer. 

I am unable to connect it to my laptop or any device at home. 

When I ran the diagnostics it printed a message saying the wireless radio was turned off. It did not give me instructions on how to turn it on!

This new printer communicates with lights - flashing, glowing, moving, different colors.

 

Details of what the printer is trying to say using various lights and combinations - and how to respond - are explained in the  User Guide  (Chapter 1, Page 8)
