MY HP OFFICEJET 250 MOBILE SINCE PURCHASE SHOWING MESSAGE BATTERY FAULT - MUST BE REPLACED AND TO ORDER A NEW ONE, i HAVE RE-INSTALLED SEVERAL TIMES BUT STILL MESSAGE APPEARS ON THE SCREEN AND THEN I CANNOT USE THE PRINTER. UNPLUGGING THE POWER RESTARTING WORKS OK FOR A WHILE BUT THEN MESSAGE RETURNS WITH BATTERY SYYMBOL ORANGE LIGHT FLASHING, THIS IS PERSISTENT, THE PRINTER IS NEW AND CARRIES A 4 YEAR SUPPORT

- Reset the Printer: Perform a reset of the printer to see if it helps clear the error. To do this, you typically need to turn off the printer, disconnect the power cable, wait for about 1 minute, and then reconnect the power cable and turn the printer back on.
- Check Battery Contacts: Ensure that the battery contacts on both the printer and the battery itself are clean and free of any dust or debris. Sometimes poor contact can cause battery-related errors.
