Hi, I have a brand new Envy 6020 3 in 1 printer and scanner, it came with two coloured ink and no black and I can't get through the set up stage for ink even though I have the correct ink (not not the black set up ink)

Apologies for the inconvenience. This is unusual. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the replacement options for your printer or you may return it to the store where it was purchased from and get a replacement under return policy.
