HP OfficeJet 6962 All-in-One Printer

I have HP printer OfficeJet 6962 and I'm using Smart ink 902Xl cartiridge. When I was trying to relpace the empty cartridges with the full ones it gave me an error message that the HP chip on cartridge wasn't compatible with HP printer even though the empty one were from same brand and same box. When i put the empty ones back on the printer read them fine, I did the new firmware update, and it still same issue. I don't know what else I can do to make it work, Any suggestions please !!

 Thank you in advance.
