Product: OfficeJet Pro 6970

Hallo Zusammen,

da alle Patronen leer waren, habe ich diese gegen Original HP Druckerpatronen ersetzt.

Seit dem Wechsel werden beim Drucken die Buchstaben nur noch umrandet und eher hellgrau gedruckt. Bei den Farben funktioniert alles einwandfrei.

 

Kann mir hier irgendjemand weiterhelfen oder hatte schon das selbe Problem? Wie wird auch schwarz wieder richtig gedruckt?
