Hallo, nach einem Wechsel des Druckkopfs Magenta / Cyan C4901A kann eine einwandfreie "Druckqualität-Diagnoseseite" (mit allen 5 Farbfeldern) gedruckt werden, aber die Druckkopfausrichtung lief nicht durch. Das Blatt mit den vielen kurzen, farbigen Strichen fehlt. Am Ende wird ein nur ein grauer Bildschirm gezeigt, der auf die Geräte-Beschreibung hinweist. Was soll ich tun, bitte geben Sie mir ein Hinweis ?

Hallo BiancaS,

mein eigentlicher Bildschirmname ist Seniorsims. Leider weiß ich nicht, wie ich den Namen "Z800-EK" in der HP-Community wieder in "seniorsims" in der deutschen Community ändern kann um meine alten Beiträge und Fragen wieder lesen zu können. Bitte heilfen Sie mir, da ich mich in der neuen HP-Web-Seite noch nicht zurechtfinden.

Looks like you made a new account, in this case you won't be able to see the activity you had on your old one through this, I'm sorry. 😕

ich danke Ihnen für Ihre zwei schnellen Antworten. Leider muss ich gestehen, dass ich kein Englisch spreche und damit nur sehr wenig von Ihren Antworten verstehe. Aus diesem Grund will ich unbedingt wieder in meine alte, regionale, deutsche Community kommen, in der ich seit vielen Jahren Beiträge gepostet habe. 

 

Leider habe ich beim letzten Einloggen fälschlicherweise einen neuen Bildschirmnamen (Z800.EK) eingegeben und bin dadurch in der englischen Community gelandet. Wie kann ich diesen Fehler korrigieren und wieder in meinen alten, deutschen Account mit dem Bildschirmnamen "seniorsims" arbeiten ?
