Product: HP 8610 All in one printer

HP 8610.  Just stopped working.  error message says blocked.  I reinstalled and tried to put drivers back on. everything is connected. wont print. need help

Can you post a picture of the error message? Do you have an instant ink subscription?

Originally it said blocked. As error message.  Now, it says printer failure,  turn off then back on again. I did all that.  No ink subscription.
