We purchased our printer in the Netherlands and moved to the USA. We have tried chat, phone calls and internet and spent hours on this knowing we need a regional reset code.  However US support says we must now start over with Netherlands support which makes no sense and is not really possible with time change and international phone costs. HP no matter what region should be able to help.

We have not had any luck with NL chat.   So we are at our wits end and desperate for help. 

 

Who has this reset code that we need?  Instead of 953 ink we need to use 952

Thank you in advance.

Hello @NK8630 

 

In this case, you will need to contact HP UK and request that the printer be regionalized for your new country.

After that, it will recognize and function correctly.

 

Local support will definitely guide you.
