Product: HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3787 All-in-One Printer

This is the second time of asking, I know I need a reset code to change the cartridge, I have previously provided all of the information required as requested by PM the ticket was closed without an answer. This printer has hardly been used but needs to be bought back into service due to being locked out using the newly purchased 304 cartridges. I should not have to pay for this I bought it in good faith and was not expecting it to be limited to use in South Africa when I travel worldwide.

 

To be clear I have the HP smart software installed on my PC (Windows 11), I have the old 652 cartridges i have purchased new genuine 304 HP cartridges which give me the country error.  You have my serial number just please give me the instructions and reset code. Please, please do not ask me the same old questions as they have already been provided here and in the previous communication just provide the instructions and rest code from the information on my account.

 

From one frustrated Customer who paid good money for a product and cannot use it due to software locking..
