Hi,

I purchased my printer in France and used to buy the HP 302 Black ink cartridges. Now I moved to Canada and I have to buy the HP 63 Black ink but it's not compatible with my printer.

Can you help me get a code to reset my printer's region?

I have sent you a private message with the reset steps, specific to your printer. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

I have a DeskJet 3630 printer and I've moved country. The toner cartridges bought locally don't work. Please could I have a reset code.

@Kate93, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue. 

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer. 

 

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
