I bought the printer refurbished online and now I am ready to set it up. However when I got started I found I was missing the "black setup cartridges" that was supposed to be in the box. I tried using new cartridges but that didn't work. Now I have been trying to buy another set of setup cartridges so I can begin to use the printer. I have had no luck on the phone or on line trying to buy a new set. Can any one please help me!!!
1. Product Name and Number: HP ENVY Photo 7855
2. Operating System installed: Linux Ubuntu 20.04
3. Error message: Please use HP SETUP Cartridge Black
4. Any changes made to your system before the issue occurred: Initial setup

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.
We will have to perform a reset to bypass the use of setup ink cartridges.
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
- In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage
