The printer (HP OfficejetPro 6970) has recently been playing up so i want to do a factory reset.
But, the screen is showing ""this feature has been loacked by the person who set up the printer", which considering i set it up and didnt lock anytihing is a bit odd.
How can I do a reset when the features are "locked" ?

I understand you need information on performing a factory reset on your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
