Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Had someone from HP on the phone the other day who got on my computer to figure out why I couldn't print without error messages,  Problem was that the printer cable was plugged into the computer and should have been just the wi fi connection. That worked great and he ran some stuff on hear but changed  my printer name.  I have an icon on my desk top that I use if I want to scan something on check on my level of my ink cartridges.  I can not use that Icon anymore and really need to know how it can be fixed or to recreate it again.  SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
