Hello,

my printer network stopped working. I tryed to do a factory reset but there is still an error saying "Built-in network capabilities have been disabled. Contact network administrator or person who set up the printer."

Hi,

 

 

Please follow these steps below.

 

  1. push back arror
  2. x
  3. back twice
  4. service menu
  5. scroll to network – ok
  6. hit ok, this will enable
  7. do again, it will re-anble

Hi,

 

Please, try resetting the network settings to factory default. Then install the software to 

 

Resetting network setting:

 

1. Go to printer LCD panel

2. Select Setup->Tools->Reset to Factory defaults.

3. Then re-install the software and go through the setup again.
