Product: Neverstop Laser 1000w

I have my printer for 2,5 years (therefore expired warranty). I printed less than 200 pages total (still on factory toner with full toner indicator)

I recently printed about 20 pages at once (way more than I usually do) and the printer makes a strange noise since then. It sounds like something bad happened inside, but the prints still come out fine.

I tried opening the top "lid" and taking out the printing mechanism as far as it lets me without a screwdriver.. And even after cleaning the printing cylinder, the sound is still present.

How to fix my so far reliable printer?
