Hi. I have a new 3632 printer and it is not doing its first alignment. It printed a blank page. Yes, the tape is off the cartridge. I took them out and turned the printer off & unplugged it but did not even print a blank page the second or third time. Now what?

Hi @Nelste,

I understand you are facing alignment issues with your HP DeskJet 3632 All-in-One Printer. Please note that you can always choose “Skip” to continue printing. You can try cleaning the “printhead” once and the print a new alignment sheet to check.
- Open the HP Print Assistant (Double-click the printer icon on the desktop) – Go to settings / maintain your printer.
- Please find and perform the clean print head / cartridge option.
- Once the cleaning is done, then try to align the printer again from the same location.
You can follow the steps listed in the support document for detailed information.
Let me know if those steps worked for you. Have a good day!
