Product: HP Smart Tank 6001 All-in-One
I have a brand new HP 6001 all-in-one tank printer that won't print in color even though all the tanks are full and the test print shows everything is working fine. It will print the test sheet in full color. When I select print, the print window does not give me the option to print in color. It only defaults to black and white. What is wrong?

Okay, I solved the problem by removing the printer from the Settings "Printers and Scanners" location. Then I re-installed it just by the same method ("Add Printer") and selected the HP 6000 printer that show up in the list.
