I just replaced the black ink cartridge - HP 63 - I have always used HP cartridges. It prints some of the lines so that you can read them but other lines are blurry and some of the lines look like they have white lines going through them. I did the alignment, cleaned the cartridge, cleaned the page smears, took the cartridge out and cleaned it with the foam rubber swab. Nothing worked. Any ideas?

At this point I would request you to contact HP Support for replacement cartridges
1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
