Product: HP Deskjet 2640
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a HP 65 tri-color cartridge from Walmart. 

I opened the box and installed it and it didn't work.

By the time, I figured out that it was the cartridge and not the printer, the packaging had been discarded.

I still have the cartridge. Can I get a replacement?

The defective ink cartridge can be replaced if it is a genuine HP Ink.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the replacement options.
