Printer working fine except ink level low in the 3 color cartridges. Bought 3 Original HP Ink cartridges (cyan, magenta, yellow). Cyan ( tore off cellophane and twisted off orange cap, installed - no problem). But magenta and yellow, on opening HP box, did not have cellophane that needed to be torn off, only a new kind of orange cap that sort of slips off). Installed each  and get error message on printer LCD screen re both magenta and yellow cartridges).  Open printer top, pop out those two cartridges and then carefully reinserted them but still get the error message.  Took out the two new magenta and yellow cartridges and put in the two old cartridges--and printer works fine.   I looked at the cardboard packaging for the two problem cartridges and their exterior seems the same as the non-problematic cyan cartridge (which as noted above had the former packaging with the cellophane to be removed and the orange cap to be twisted off).  Anyone have a clue what is wrong with these new cartridges? Tried to reach HP technical support but one agent passes me to another and in the process get disconnected. Tried again and a lousy connection--agent can't hear and/or understand the problem I'm trying to describe.
