I just bought this printer and I cannot get it to connect to my wifi. I have tried everything and still do not understand why it won't connect. Please help

Hello,
After adding the MAC address of the printer you have to restart all the devices (router, printer and the computer and other devices).
In order to palliate this issue, please restart the printer, computer, and router.

In order to palliate this issue, please restart the printer, computer, and router.
- Turn the printer off, and then wait 10 seconds.
- Disconnect the printer power cord from the printer.
- Turn off the computer or the device you are trying to print from.
- Connect the printer power cord to the printer, and then turn on the printer.
- Disconnect the power cord from your wireless router, and then wait 30 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the router.
NOTE:
Wait until internet service is restored. Internet service is interrupted while the router is off. - Wait at least 3 minutes, then turn on the computer.
- Continue to the following steps.
Use the Wireless Setup Wizard from the printer control panel display to set up wireless communication.
- On the printer control panel display, from the Home screen, touch Wireless icon (
).
- Touch Settings (
), and then Wireless Setup Wizard.
- Follow the display instructions to complete the setup.
- Launch the printer installation with HP Easy Start.
