New Hp Deskjet 4120e will not print email memo style prints

Error when printing from my outlook emails. The Deskjet 4120e will not print from my emails, struggling to find a setting to change this too.

I see that you are not able to print from Outlook from your computer. 

• Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF/Word, Webmail, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?
• If the issue is only with the Outlook, this could be an application-specific issue.
• Check the Outlook settings. You may have to contact Microsoft in this case.​​​​​​
