I have a new network and I cannot for the life of me get my printer to connect. It should be as simple as selecting a new network but I cannot find an option anywhere. Every trouble shooting online just give me loads and loads of run around but doesn't actually solve the problem. Please help. Again, all I have is a new network.I just want to connect my printer.

Hello,
I have a new network set up and I cannot get the computer online since this occured. I assume because I need to set it up on the new network. I have tried all the trouble shooting I found online but cannot get it to work. There should just be an easy solution to switch to a new network but I cannot seem to find that sort of option. Please help.

@tduggan82, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

Follow the steps from the document HP Printers - No Connection after Router or Wi-Fi Settings Change under the section Connect a printer that does not have a touchscreen control panel to reconfigure the wireless settings.

 

Additionally, refer to the document Connect to a Wireless HP Printer for help.

 

If you still have issues, use the guided troubleshooter Troubleshooting | Wireless Printing Center for instruction to isolate and resolve the issue.
