Need help with getting HP OfficeJet Pro 8130e series printer to print from desktop. When troubleshooting it will print test page but not what is in Queue. Troubleshooter says "Offline", blue light on printer is solid blue. I have power cable and a USB cable. I have tried with and without the USB attached. When I order a print job, the printer wakes up and makes noise like it is going to print, it also lists in the window on the printer what I have ordered to print but nothing actually prints. Please help.
