Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just set up my new OfficeJetPro 9015.  I can't get it to do automatic duplex printing.   When I click Print for a document, the only choices it gives me are One-Sided and Manual Duplex (ie flipping over the page when the one sided printing comes out and running it through the printer again).   When  I go to Printer Properties, I do get a choice to select Automatic Duplex Printing, but what it does then is it just printed the first and second page on two pieces of paper (ie, one-sided printing).   Did I somehow get a printer model that doesn't do automatic duplex printing (even though the specs say that it does)??   Or does "automatic duplex printing" mean something different than what I was doing with my 8600 Plus (ie, flipping over the page and printing page 2 on the back side of page 1)?     What can  I do to fix this, or do I need to just return it to the store?   I've done double-sided printing for years with my 8600 Plus (which unfortunately wore out).  I have lots of things I need to print double-sided, and right now this printer won't do it.    Please help...

Thanks for joining HP Community!

NOTE: The printer supports automatic two-sided printing of A4, Letter, Executive, and JIS B5 paper sizes.

Refer to this document: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06220009 for User Guide.

I recommend you delete the driver at the root level and Install the drivers, follow the steps below:

Remove the USB if connected

1.) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features

2.) Select your HP Printer

3.) Select Uninstall

4.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers

5.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose `Delete' or `Remove Device'

6.) Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo.

7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between "printui.exe" and "/s")

8.) Click on the "Drivers" tab

9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom

10.) Select Ok

11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows

12.) Close Devices and Printers

Then, Click on this link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-officejet-pro-9010-all-in-one-printer-... to install the  Full Software Solution.

Try to print.
