1) Is there any way to ENLARGE when making copies?  Did not see that option on any menu.

2) Printer does not print multiple page documents in reverse order.  Went to Control Panel and selected Reverse Order for this printer, yet documents stil do not print out in reverse order.  Is there a way to arrange for this to happen?

thanks

Hi there,

To enlarge a copy press Copy, then select Copy Document.

Tap the gear icon and select Resize.

Select Custom Size, then select teh required value to enlarge (up to 400%).

Press the back arrow to return and tap Start Copy Black / Color to complete the copy.

Regarfing the page order, which application do you print from?

May you see any difference while printing from another application such as Microsoft Word?

Thanks for the good advice on enlarging copies.  It worked, I just didn't see it in the User Guide.  I don't suppose there is actually a manual that goes with this printer?

Also, it doesn't matter what I print FROM.....I have printed Word documents as well as listing printouts for my real estate work.  None are printed in reverse order.  Be more of a drag if I have to print out a 20-page document, which I'm sure I will one day.

Hi @hwmpg1,

The copy options are not described in the user guide, but can be found in the below document:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-officejet-pro-6970-all-in-one-printer-series/8289585/model/1...

For the page order, from the application used to print click File > Printer and then select Properties / Preferences.

Within the Advanced or the Layout tab change the Page Order value to reverse the page order.

Thanks for the tip, ShlomiL

Unfortunately, for assigning the page order for printing, the method you describe has worked for all the HP printers I have owned in the past......but not for this one.  That's why I wrote in for the help.  FORTUNATELY, one of the recent HP updates has solved the problem for me and now my life is 100% stress free.
