New Officejet Pro 8020e keeps printing code

HP Recommended
HP Officejet Pro 8020e
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Bought this printer from Costco last week for my Dad. During set up, it wouldn't find the WiFi, so I connected via wire, old school. Then it ran the install and startup, printed the calibration page. Then it started printing endlessly, the same code, over and over. It won't stop, and will run through paper until it runs out of paper. When I select to print, the printer will produce the print job, then go back to printing the code. I have to turn off the printer to get it to stop, which of course, annoys the printer because I didn't turn it off properly. The code is as follows:

GET /DevMgmt/ProductConfigDyn.xml  HTTP/1.1

HOST: localhost
