I have read the threads and nothing appears to work. I purchased a 8710 2-years ago and never had an issue printing business cards. Just last month I replace my old 8710 with a new 8710 and now I can't print business cards. I don't know the paper weight but they are Avery 28878 business card stock (same as I have been using for past 2-years). I have tried the heavy paper and the index card paper settings with no luck. I also made sure the paper in the tray was below the card stock line. Please let me know if you have a solution or if I need to take the printer back to Costco. Also, since something obviously changed with the printer (I never adjusted any settings before), will I have this same issue if I purchase another 8710 or do I need throw away all my ink cartriges and buy another model or brand? Thanks.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
