Hi @SassFrey,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The error message F0.01.01.02 on your HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e suggests a firmware issue or hardware malfunction. Here are a few steps to troubleshoot and resolve this.

Power Cycle the Printer

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for at least 30 seconds before plugging it back in and turning it on. This may help reset any temporary software or hardware errors.

Update the Printer Firmware

  • Visit the HP Support website and search for the HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e printer.
  • Download and install the latest firmware update if one is available. This may address any known bugs or compatibility issues.

Perform a Hard Reset

  • Press and hold the Power button for 10-15 seconds to perform a hard reset.
  • This can sometimes clear errors that are related to the printer’s internal memory.

Check for Hardware Issues

  • Ensure there are no paper jams, or foreign objects inside the printer.
  • Check that the ink cartridges are installed properly and the printer is not reporting any issues with them.

Reinstall the Printer Software

  • Uninstall and reinstall the printer drivers on your computer. Sometimes a fresh installation can resolve firmware communication issues.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
