Hi, I am trying to print documents to A4 paper from my recently purchased printer. However, all A4 documents do not have left margin and smaller size ones will be printed at the top left corner.
Please assist to give suggestions to resolve this issue.
Your help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!Actual printout (Scanned)

Hi,
Please also make sure you load the paper correctly and align it to the right with the paper media adjuster (see the 20's second), incorrectly loading the paper aligned to the left of the tray causes the left size to cut as the shown example:

The first thing I would check is that you have the correct settings on the printer itself for paper size. I have seen this issue before and usually due to printing A4 document on letter or vice versa.
