The issue!The issue!
Hi, my printer model is "HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 2775". 
My printer was working perfectly till I had just cleaned my cartridge and reinstalled perfectly. Now no display, only 3 red light showing which are the tree color red light, page button red light & i button red light (image attached).

I have done this cleaning before for many times but never faced this type of issue. I have tried to hard reset by long pressing power button and cancel button, tried long press cancel button and WiFi button and tried cable unplugging all method. Nothing is working for me. I really need help! Please

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

 

I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer that has blinking lights.

A) Please follow the steps below to perform a power drain.

 

1) Take out the cartridges

2) Unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.

3) Press and hold the power button down for 15 seconds and release the power button, wait for about 30 seconds.

4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not into a surge protector.

5) Insert the cartridges back into the printer.

Remove the cartridges > Unplug the power cord > Wait for 30 seconds > Plug the power cord back in > Insert the cartridges

 

B) Kindly refer to the steps on this link to update the printer firmware and let me know if that resolves the issue.

 

C) If the issue still persists, refer to the steps on this link to further troubleshoot.

Thanks for your tips. I have tried it several times. But, it's not working for me! Can you please suggest another, I really need to solve the issue.

Note: All 3 lights showing on the attached image aren't blinking, it's statistically just on. Whatever I'm doing just ON!
