Product: DeskJet 2622 all in one printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I'm trying to set up on new WiFi and its wanting factory username and password I can't find it no where says it's on back of printer and it's not. Please help daughter needs set up for college.

Welcome to HP support community.

 

Restore network settings to default settings

Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer control panel together for three seconds.

 

Follow these steps to connect the printer again to Wireless network:- Click here
