No print coming out on the page

HP inkjet 2823e no print coming out on the page, ink levels OK, ran head clean, cleaned ink cartridges as directed. Still nothing on the page ?

If the printer was unused for a longer period ink dries, the cartridges might be full but full of dried ink. Replace ink cartridges with new fresh ones.

Thanks Valsimot, The printer is used very rarely now so I expect your right. Ink is  quite pricey so I will use outside source for the odd printing job in the future.
