HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer

I purchased a set of 902 ink cartridges on Ebay . I keep on getting the message non hp chip detected and the printer will not allow me to print. I noticed that although I thought I purchased hp ink cartridges, they are not. I spent over $50 and have spent hours watching youtube videos for a fix and nothing works.

I don't appreciate HP preventing me to print my work.

I would appreciate a solution to this problem as I do not want to just throw away these cartridges and buy new ones.

Thanks,

BH,

Surely you have to be kidding.......this is absolutely ridiculous that we should only be able to use HP cartridges on printers that we have paid good money for.
