HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One Printer
macOS 10.15 Catalina

I have an officejet Pro 8620 with "Non-Responsive Memory Device" The memory device is corrupted or uses unsupported format (such as NTFS). Remove the memory device.

The printer will not print. I do not have a memory device install. When I input a thumbdrive into the available slot the green light does not come on.  I have performed the "power off for sixty seconds and plug directly into the wall" recommendation, I have performed both "semi-full and partial resets", and I have taken out the CMOS battery.  Nothing works.  Can someone help.  Thank you.

Hi @Eddie1906,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

The error may be indicating the thumb drive you have input. Remove that and see if the error disappears.

If not, This might require one on one interaction to fix the issue
