I have the same problem.

 

I have an error message on the printer that is Labeled "Non-repsonsive Memopry Device"  then says: the memory device is corrupted or uses an unsupported format ( such as NTSF). Remove the memory device.

 

A helpful person sent me a reset procedure, but there seems to be no way to start this procedure as access to the menu under this message is necessary for the reset procedure.

 

Of course there is nothing plugged into the USB port.
