I have a year old 2630 All-in-one HP deskjet, connected to a Mac. I have been printing a lot lately on photo paper with no problem until today. Printing keeps stopping and I'm being told there is a paper jam. Following the online agent's instructions, I have checked thoroughly and there isn't. Despite following all the instructions, it still keeps happening - and more frequently. One thing is that when I turned it upside down as instructed during the checking process, I found what appears to be black ink on the underside - just on one side only. I'm wondering if there is a leak - and I still don't know how to fix the non-existent jamming problem. I've exhausted the online agent advice, it's Friday night and there is no real human at the HP office until Monday. Isn't it always the way!

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
- Remove the ink cartridges carefully and check if any of the ink cartridges is actually leaking. If yes, then contact HP Support as mentioned below.
- There is a part in the printer called as a Service station where some amount of ink may be accumulated which is normal. It is designed to collect the ink used in servicing.
