Hello. I am having trouble with printing coupons from online database. Ex. Coupons.com. Some reason it says that it is in my printer settings. Not sure what to do. I have hp office jet 8610. I am connected only through android 11. Thank you. Oh when I go to print it just gets stuck on the screen saying that my coupons are printing. But they do not. Thank you, amber

I understand you are not able to print coupons from your phone. Are you able to print other documents like PDF, Word, or images?

Are you using the HP Smart app to print?

Check if you are using compatible paper. Refer to - Printer Specifications for HP Officejet 8600, Pro 8610, 8620, 8630, 8640, 8660 Printers
