I am trying to print a two-page 4 MB pdf. I get an error message that I need more memory. However the printer says I have over 100MB spare memory. I  have checked the HP website but cannot see any way to increase memory (though I doubt the memory is the problem).

It's the driver probably. There is a USB port underneath the printers front panel. Save pdf file to a USB drive and print it directly from a printer ( without a computer) if it prints the problem is in the driver.

Thanks for this. I did manage to print the file from a USB. But I would like to solve the problem so I can print from the computer. I have tried to download a new driver several times but get an error message that the downloads fail. No reason given.
