Product: HP LaserJet Pro M15w Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I changed the toner (48A) for the  first time in my new printer. It doesn't print anymore, instead the yellow exclamation Mark LED is blinking. What is the meaning/msg of that LED? I took away the strap etc from the toner and paper is ok. 

I bought that printer in Martinique when I was sailing there, the toner in San Diego, USA. Is there an incompatibility between European and US toner/printer combinations?

You may be able to get the region reset but you will need to open a case with HP at support.hp.com as the instructions are not in the user guide.
