Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

I have tried for countless hours to print a document in color. I saved the file as a pdf and tried all of the settings through Acrobat Pro. How do I print color documents. It really shouldn't be this hard!!!!

I think it's related to Adobe apps and the HP driver in OSX. I was able to place a color PDF in MS Word and produce a color printout. Can we please get the fix for this SOON<?>, this is not a proper workflow. Thanks
