My printer is only printing "fixed data" but not "variable data". Print preview on my computer shows all of the data, but when printed, only fixed data, such as links and headings such as "Thank you for helping the children of St. Jude", which would print on confirmations to anyone contributing, but does not print my specific data. If I create a new word document that includes a link, only the link prints. I'm not sure if my computer is not ending everything (even though preview shows it is) or if it is a problem with the printer (HP Photosmart 7520 Series). I did install a Windows 10 update yesterday, but everything was printing ok after that update. This morning, I am having the problem. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Guy

Additional info: I have run Print and Scan Doctor. No issues found. Turned off firewall, still had the problem. Turned computer off and back on. Turned printer off and back on. Uninstalled and reinsatalled printer. None fixed the problem. Thanks, Guy
I discovered my issue. I had replaced a black ink cartridge (HP), and apparently it was a bad one. While displaying the ink levels on my printer, it appeared the one I replaced was full, and I was appropriately congratulated for installing original HP cartridge. However when I printed the ink levels, the black was not printing. So while it recognized that it was a full cartridge, no ink was coming out of it.
