Product: HP Officejet Pro 9020
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The tray is simply too short! the problem has been report before but there is no indication that any action was taken.

 

Does anyone at HP actually use this product? The too short manifests in an absolutely stupid result - that on multiple printing jobs the tray has to be cleared after each job - even if that job consisted of 1 page only!

 

This time please make replies public rather than  merely reply by DM only to the first person to report the problem!

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
