We use Pharos print release and while other users can use this feature with this printer without issue, I have one user that continually receives a OXPd Application Error "Script execution exceeded maximum time limit. 45.00.72 . Within Pharos Systems Blueprint Administrator, the clients ID card was unlinked, requiring the client to re-register and afterwards the client experiences the same failure.

I would try creating a new id for the user in the Pharos system. If everyone else is able to use the system you more likely have either an issue with Pharos or a corrupted user. Very unlikely you have a printer issue. You may need to engage Pharos.
