Product: Office Jet Pro 6830
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP OfficeJet 6830 all of the sudden started printing off center.  All pages are shifted to the right about 1/4".  Any suggestions?  I have tried allignment and driver updates.  Thanks!

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

 

Please print a Quality Diagnostic Page and let me know how it prints

 

  1. Load plain white paper into the tray.

  2. On the printer control panel, swipe the display to scroll to Setup, and then touch the Setup icon . The Setup menu displays.

  3. Swipe the display to scroll to Reports, and then touch Reports.

  4. Touch Print Quality Report. The printer prints the report.
