Without warning my printer is off and pressing power button won't power up.  Already followed various on line advise instructions like: verified internal power supply output at 31.8V, also removed and reinstalled CMOS battery backup wich has 3.2V, did the 30 seconds pressing of the power button with unit unplugged to no avail. What else should I try?

 

I also tried unsuccessfully to contact HP Support, the virtual assistant was useless for me, and someone that answered my phone call was for S/W support and he gave me a number for high end/industrial printers to call and his call transfer ended up nowhere.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
