The screen keeps going blue with the error message B305DFF9

If I turn it off/on the printer will reset, but the error keeps on happening

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.

 

Also, try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168
