Microsoft Windows 11

My HP Officejet pro 9015e running Windows 11 did an update that was initiated from the printers screen.  Since then it only shows the blue screen of death with the Code 024A493F showing on the screen.  No other functions show on the screen.  How do you do a hard factory reset using physical buttons or reset buttons some place on the printer to get it back to where it was before the update?????  I have turned it off and on, unpluged the power cord etc...my computer shows it as offline so can't do anything from the computer.

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you want to reset the printer, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
